Shipping policy

All our items are individually packaged and posted via Australia Post. We offer Monday and Tuesday dispatch only to avoid any leftover products sitting on weekends. Any questions please email our team at info@dermawellnessclinic.com. Your Business is greatly appreciated. There may be times I am unable to dispatch due to public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAGE DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS. ALL PARCELS WITHIN AUSTRALIA HAVE TRACKING. IT IS THE PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP MISSING PARCELS. It is beyond my control once I have handed over to the postal service. 

For domestic sales, no local pick up is available due to personal commitments. The prices are as follows, as charged by Austalia Post;

0 - 499 grams - $9.50 Regular / $12.50 Express

500 grams - 3kg - $17.00 Regular / $20.00 Express

3kg - 5kg - $20.00 Regular / $27.00 Express
