SHIPPING

All our items are individually packaged and posted via Australia Post. Please allow 7-10days to recieve your parcel. Any orders please email our team at info@dermawellnessclinic.com. Your Business is greatly appreciated. There may be times we are unable to dispatch due to public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be held responsible for postage delays and lost parcels. All parcels within Australia have tracking numbers, it is the purchaser's responsibility to follow up missing parcels.  

It is beyond our control once it is handed over to the postal service.  

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only accepted if you are a client of Derma Wellness Clinic, to avoid any complications please make an appointment with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be within reason. 

You can return items to us for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Refunds will only be accepted for purchases of full price items - sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

 

We offer a return policy on products that are classified as follows:

Incorrect product/s – This is in case we shipped the wrong product(s)
In the advent that the product shipped is not what was ordered, a replacement can be sent immediately upon the incorrect product(s) being returned to us. We will require the original item to be sent back to us at our expense before a replacement product can be sent out.

Damaged product/s
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

 

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us on info@dermawellnessclinic.com stating your concerns and why you want a refund. Feedback is important to us.

2. Please wait for us to contact you via email or phone before you send your item back to us. 

3. Once we have contacted you and approved the return, please post the items back to the address we provide you.

      • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping must be prepaid and use a registered or traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. At Derma Wellness Clinic we take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
      • All returns will be processed as soon as possible of receiving your parcel.

 

We will do everything within our ability to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for services (skin consultations) and personalised products (customised skincare). EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Item must not be used or opened.
